Delivery time & shipping costs
Do you have questions about the delivery time of your order? With us, your order placed before 11:59 PM will be delivered tomorrow. After we have processed your order from our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace via email. This allows you to easily track your order. Deliveries take place between 9am and 6pm. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a time of delivery.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your order may be delivered to a Postnl point nearby. You have 7 days to pick up your package there before it is returned to us. When refunding this return, we will deduct the shipping costs to cover the costs of returning.

Returns
We know better than anyone that a product may not be perfect and must be returned. Don't worry, you can always return the product within 14 days!
Would you like to return something or do you have a question regarding your product? Send an email to info@xxxxxxxx.xx, we will contact you within 24 hours.
So you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the returned product, and if not, simply return it to us and we will refund the amount you paid for the product. You must pay the costs of getting the product back to us yourself. Depending on the carrier you choose, this amount is usually around €6.95. To register your return, please contact us at info@xxxxxx.xx. We will then send you further instructions. After reporting your return, you must return the product to us within 14 days, including all accessories and in the original packaging. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days, provided we have received the product back in good order.
The following categories of products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and you cannot return them to us:
- Customized products
- Hygiene products: epilators, shavers, pajamas, underwear, baby items & In-ear headsets
- Pet items: baskets & trim sets;
- Care products such as: combs, brushes and other hair and facial care
- Products where the warranty seal has been broken, games, DVDs and Blu-rays
- Products that, by their nature, are irreversibly mixed with other products after delivery;
- Digital vouchers or gift cards.
Exchange
Unfortunately, exchange is usually not possible. We are completely dependent on the returns we receive from our partners, which means we do not always have a replacement product in stock for you that we can resend.
In that case, you can always get your money back
Garantie
Your product no longer works properly and you want to have the product repaired under warranty. Of course that's possible! We always provide a 1-year warranty on remaining stock items and our other return products have a 3-month warranty after receipt. The manufacturer's warranty applies for 2 years after the production date. If you have purchased a residual stock item from, for example, the brand: Güde and you would like to have it repaired under warranty, please contact us first at: info@xxxx.xxfor the instructions.
We have the item inspected by Professionals and check the item for any defects.
If they can repair it, it will of course be covered by warranty, but if they cannot repair it, you will receive a new one.
